Minimum booking charge

The minimum booking charge - £70.00, meaning your total selected services must meet or exceed this amount.

In order to reserve the slot will need full address with postcode, confirmation of water, electricity, which floor is the property/available lift/ and parking availability and 30% of the price paid as a deposit,this deposit guarantees that the job will not be cancelled at the last minute.If you cancel 24h or more prior to the service you get the full amount of the deposit back. Fail to do that you lose your deposit as we have to cover part of the technician daily wage somehow and since the slot will be lost the deposit will go that way.

Unfortunately  we can't guarantee all the stains will shift completely, however will do our best to do so (We’re  a professionally trained,

experienced and well equipped tackle most of the stains).

The rest of the price you'll pay to us once the job is completed you can do by cash or card payment.

Parking and Congestion Charges

 

If free parking or a visitor permit is unavailable, or if you are in a congestion charge zone, you may need to cover additional fees.

Stain Removal Disclaime

 

Stain removal is not guaranteed. We can only remove stains that are removable and have not caused permanent damage to the fabric or its original color
 

Payment Policy

 

Full payment of the agreed price is required, even if some stains cannot be fully removed. We always strive for the best possible results.
